I designed the PAUSE Framework to support your shift from instinctively reacting to thoughtfully responding. Often, we find ourselves triggered by events—a comment, an email, a message, or even someone's tone—and suddenly we’re caught in a cycle of reactivity. Yet, it’s important to recognize that other people’s words are not the direct cause of your emotions; rather, your feelings arise from how you interpret their intentions. If there is no space between what you hear and what you say, you’ll be in reactive mode. By intentionally creating space, you give yourself the ability to choose your response, and that's where real empowerment lies.
