At GreenWell Solutions, we believe that when women thrive, businesses perform better, families grow stronger, and society benefits. Women represent nearly half of the workforce, yet organizations continue to overlook opportunities to fully develop, recognize, and capitalize on their contributions. We believe closing that gap is not simply a matter of fairness. It is an opportunity for meaningful economic and organizational growth.

Founded by Shelly Cammish, a corporate executive who spent more than 25 years climbing the ranks of corporate leadership, GreenWell Solutions was built on the belief that success creates a responsibility to pay it forward. Having navigated the challenges, opportunities, and complexities of corporate leadership firsthand, Shelly is passionate about helping women recognize their value, expand their influence, and achieve greater success both professionally and personally.

Through corporate consulting, keynote speaking, and leadership development programs, GreenWell helps organizations understand the business value of gender equality, identify the opportunities they may be leaving on the table, and implement practical strategies that turn greater inclusion into measurable organizational results.

Our philosophy is simple: Men are not the problem. They are a vital part of the solution.

Meaningful progress cannot happen when equality is framed as a competition between men and women. It requires collaboration, shared accountability, and a collective commitment to building workplaces where talent, contribution, and potential determine opportunity. Our programs help organizations move beyond awareness and into action by engaging both men and women in creating stronger leadership teams, healthier workplace cultures, and more effective businesses.

But our commitment does not end in the workplace.

Shelly believes that professional success and personal well-being are deeply connected. A woman who understands her worth, develops financial independence, builds healthy relationships, and learns to advocate for herself is better positioned to thrive in every area of her life.

That belief inspired the creation of Women Talk, a syndicated podcast and educational platform powered by GreenWell Solutions. Through candid conversations, practical education, and free resources, Women Talk provides women with information and tools to make stronger decisions, overcome limiting beliefs, navigate career and personal challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Our mission is to create progress from both directions: helping organizations build environments where women can succeed while empowering women with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to realize their potential.
